This policy covers the YDZ Audio product website and customer information we receive when you buy or ask for support.

Website visits

We have not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Fonts and screenshots are served with the website.

Purchases

Checkout is currently disabled, so this website does not collect payment information. We plan to use Lemon Squeezy for checkout and digital delivery after approval. We will update this policy before enabling purchases to describe the customer information involved.

Support and data use

If you contact us, we use the details you send to respond and investigate your request. Please do not send passwords, card details or unrelated personal information. We use customer data for fulfilling orders, support and legal recordkeeping, and do not sell it or use it for targeted advertising.

Retention and your requests

We keep customer and support information only as long as needed for these purposes and applicable legal obligations. Our providers may process information outside your country. Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information. Some transaction records must be retained.
