These terms cover YDZ Audio software and this product website. YDZ Audio is an independent audio-software brand. Purchases are not currently enabled.

Your software licence

Your purchase grants you a licence to use the included software for your own personal and commercial audio work. You keep the rights to your music and rendered audio. The software itself remains the property of its rights holders.

You may keep backup copies. Do not redistribute, upload, share or resell the plugin files without permission. DRM-free means there is no activation protection; it does not make the software public domain.

Purchases and delivery

We plan to use Lemon Squeezy for checkout and digital delivery after approval. Purchases will be subject to the terms and final total displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes. LOWTUNA includes LOWTRACE, with downloads for Windows and macOS. Keep your receipt and download information.

Compatibility and updates

Check the product’s listed formats and system compatibility before buying. AAX is planned but is not included in the current release. Buy based on the features available now; planned features and release dates can change.

Results depend on your audio and setup. We do not promise a particular mixing result or compatibility with every host. Keep backups of your projects before updating software.

Refunds

Purchases are not currently enabled. For product questions or to discuss a purchase issue, contact support@ydzaudio.com. Include your order reference, if available, and describe the issue, including your operating system and DAW for technical problems.

The applicable checkout and refund terms will be available before payments open. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
